JOB SUMMARY
The Regional Vice President, Hospitality Commercial Strategy & Marketing is accountable for driving demand to maximize hotel production, delivering profitable revenue performance across a portfolio of Caesars Entertainment properties in the Las Vegas market. This executive serves as the enterprise leader responsible for ensuring hotel demand objectives are achieved through disciplined commercial strategy, coordinated channel activation, targeted customer acquisition, and effective marketing execution. The position serves as the critical link between Revenue Management and Marketing, translating pricing, inventory, and forecasting strategies into market-facing demand generation plans that fill hotel rooms profitably. Revenue Management owns pricing, inventory controls, and forecasting; this role owns demand creation and demand activation. While also overseeing property marketing strategy, the primary focus of this role is hotel commercial performance, ensuring every available room has a defined demand strategy, activation plan, and accountable owner. Hospitality, entertainment, food and beverage, loyalty, and destination marketing initiatives are leveraged as demand drivers that support hotel occupancy and overall property profitability.
HOW YOU WILL CREATE THE EXTRAORDINARY
Hotel Demand Ownership (Primary Responsibility) Serve as the executive owner of hotel demand performance across assigned properties. Maintain daily visibility into occupancy, booking pace, displacement opportunities, demand gaps, and future inventory needs. Establish commercial strategies that maximize occupancy, ADR contribution, market share, and profitable hotel revenue. Identify demand risks early and implement activation plans to address pace deficiencies. Drive accountability for hotel performance across all demand-generating functions. Revenue Management Partnership Partner closely with Hotel Revenue Management to translate pricing and inventory strategies into actionable demand-generation plans. Align on booking pace targets, need periods, occupancy objectives, and market opportunities. Lead commercial response strategies for compression periods, low-demand periods, and changing market conditions. Act as the primary commercial liaison between Revenue Management and Marketing organizations. This role does not directly manage room pricing, inventory controls, or forecasting models. Revenue Management retains ownership of those functions. Demand Activation & Channel Strategy Own activation strategy across all hotel demand channels.

Digital acquisition Direct booking initiatives Partnership channels Group demand support Entertainment-driven demand F&B and resort packaging Destination and event-driven campaigns Continuously optimize channel mix based on occupancy needs, profitability, and customer acquisition costs. Drive market-specific strategies that increase room nights and visitation. Commercial Performance Management Establish hotel commercial scorecards and operating reviews. Partner with Finance, Analytics, and Operations to identify opportunities and improve commercial performance. Drive ROI accountability across all marketing and demand-generation investments. Marketing Leadership (Supporting Commercial Performance) Lead integrated marketing strategy to support hotel demand objectives. Oversee brand, digital, CRM, loyalty, advertising, social, and public relations efforts as tools for demand generation and revenue growth. Ensure all marketing investments align with commercial priorities and measurable business outcomes. Partner with enterprise marketing teams to improve campaign effectiveness and customer acquisition. Property & Operational Leadership Serve as senior commercial advisor to General Managers and property leadership. Influence capital planning, partnership decisions, event strategy, and property initiatives through a commercial lens. Ensure alignment between commercial objectives, operational readiness, and guest experience delivery. Team Leadership Lead and develop high-performing commercial and marketing teams. Build organizational capability in revenue-focused marketing, demand generation, analytics, and commercial strategy. Foster a culture centered on performance, accountability, innovation, and collaboration.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
10+ years of executive leadership experience in hotel commercial strategy, hospitality marketing, revenue optimization, demand generation, or related disciplines. Deep understanding of hotel demand economics, booking behavior, channel management, and customer acquisition. Experience leading multi-property resort, gaming, hospitality, or destination organizations. Proven track record improving occupancy, booking pace, and profitable revenue performance. Deep understanding of digital customer acquisition, search ecosystem dynamics, SEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization). Knowledge of emerging AI-powered search platforms, conversational commerce, digital discovery trends, and their impact on hospitality demand generation. Experience leveraging content strategy, digital analytics, and AI-enabled marketing capabilities to drive direct bookings and customer acquisition.
