This role is ideal for a labor professional with direct union experience who has successfully supported union members, led organizing campaigns, enforced collective bargaining agreements, and developed workplace leaders. The Field Coordinator will report to the Field Director and play a key leadership role in implementing strategic field goals, guiding Union Representatives and Organizers, supporting contract enforcement, and advancing member-driven campaigns. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic field plans related to worksite issues, internal organizing, member campaigns, contract negotiations, and contract enforcement. Lead and support membership drives, COPE initiatives, contract campaigns, issue-based organizing efforts, steward councils, and contract action teams. Mentor, train, and coach Union Representatives and Internal Organizers to strengthen organizing, representation, grievance handling, and leadership development skills. Identify and address unfair labor practices, support grievance strategy, interpret collective bargaining agreements, and guide contract enforcement efforts. Facilitate steward trainings, leadership workshops, organizing education, team meetings, and one-on-one coaching sessions. Partner with internal departments and leadership to coordinate campaign calendars, political engagement efforts, growth initiatives, and member mobilization strategies. Salary range:

$110,000 to $155,000 per year.
