Manage social media accounts by posting content, responding to comments, and growing online communities. Collect data on viewer preferences, engagement metrics, and sales conversions to optimize future streams. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop event marketing strategies and promotional campaigns. Build strong customer relationships by providing excellent in-person and virtual customer service during live sessions. Represent the brand professionally while maintaining a lively and approachable demeanor during broadcasts. Qualifications Previous experience in food service or retail store product knowledge is highly desirable. Strong communication skills with the ability to speak confidently in public or via live video. Bilingual abilities are a plus for engaging diverse audiences effectively. Experience in social media management, content creation, or event marketing is preferred. Demonstrated ability to promote products confidently and handle sales objections smoothly. Technical proficiency with streaming equipment, social media platforms, and data collection tools. Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building lasting client relationships.
