Essential Duties & Responsibilities Coalition Building & Management
- Serve as the primary staff lead for PHP's prevention coalition — recruiting, onboarding, and engaging members, and growing membership across schools, law enforcement, healthcare, businesses, and local government.
- Plan and facilitate coalition meetings, guide the coalition's strategic action plan, and strengthen long-term sustainability through retention and leadership development. Presentations & Community Outreach

- Represent PHP at community events and public forums, and build lasting relationships with school districts, youth-serving organizations, and local businesses. Youth Programs & Events
- Recruit and mentor teens in the PHP Youth Coalition, facilitate peer-led school presentations, and support youth-led service projects like the Backpack Program and Fulfill-a-Wish.
- Coordinate logistics for coalition meetings, workshops, and community events, ensuring programming is culturally responsive and inclusive. Data & Partnerships
- Document program and coalition activity in Vertical Change, support grant reporting, and share outreach data with the Development team via Bloomerang.
