As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll become one of the most important people in the organization-identifying, attracting, and hiring the next generation of successful financial advisors. This isn't recruiting for warehouse workers or filling positions behind a computer screen all day. You'll be out in the community, building relationships, attending networking events, developing partnerships with local colleges, connecting with career changers, and introducing talented professionals to life-changing career opportunities. What You'll Be Doing You'll be responsible for identifying and recruiting exceptional talent into one of the nation's premier financial advisor development programs. Your primary recruiting focus will include: Professionals looking for a meaningful career change Recent college graduates and emerging professionals Early-career professionals with leadership potential Individuals seeking entrepreneurial career opportunities Community leaders and relationship builders Professionals from sales, education, healthcare, hospitality, management, athletics, military, and other transferable backgrounds You'll spend your time: Building relationships with prospective candidates Conducting phone and virtual interviews Creating recruiting strategies for your market Attending local networking events and Chamber of Commerce meetings Building partnerships with colleges and universities Developing referral sources throughout the community Managing candidates through the interview process Collaborating with leadership on hiring strategy Creating a world-class candidate experience from first conversation through onboarding

Compensation Base Salary:

$60,000

Hiring Bonus:

$1,500 for every successful hire
