Job Description
About Us:
Blush Bar Miami is a nail salon in Miami Beach known for quality nail services and a strong social media presence. We're looking for an energetic, organized multitasker, problem solver, to join our team.
What You'll Do:
Assist nail techs with day-to-day support during services Update and maintain inventory lists Create photo and video content in-salon (client work, behind-the-scenes, promos) Edit content and manage posting for our social media platforms Engage with followers/comments Help keep the salon's online presence fresh, on-brand, and consistent
Schedule:
15 hrs/week
Tuesday:
11:00 AM
•3:00 PM (4 hrs) — Content production
Wednesday:
11:00 AM
•3:00 PM (4 hrs) —
Content/editing/social Friday:
3:00
•6:30 PM (3.5 hrs) — Front desk + content
Saturday:
3:00-6:30 PM (3.5 hrs)

What We're Looking For:
Required experience with content creation and editing for Instagram photos, Reels, and TikTok Required experience using CapCut and Canva Willingness to do Tik Tok content is a plus (not required) Comfortable multitasking between guest service and content work Strong communication skills, friendly, talkative, and confident with clients Reliable, organized, detail-oriented, and a problem solver Prior salon, beauty, or hospitality front desk experience preferred but not required Must be available to start this week or next week
