At Home Instead Vero Beach , we're looking for a Community Relations Manager to serve as the face of our organization throughout the Treasure Coast. In this role, you'll cultivate trusted relationships with healthcare professionals and community partners who serve older adults, helping families connect with exceptional in-home care when they need it most. This is not a high-pressure sales position. Success comes from consistently building credibility, becoming a trusted resource, and creating lasting partnerships that naturally generate referrals over time. We're looking for someone who wants to become a familiar, trusted presence in our healthcare community—not someone focused on transactional sales. What You'll Do As our Community Relations Manager, you'll spend most of your time in the community developing and strengthening professional relationships with referral partners, including: Hospitals Physician offices Assisted living communities Skilled nursing facilities Home health agencies Rehabilitation centers Hospice providers Senior-focused community organizations You'll also: Develop meaningful relationships that generate qualified client referrals and new care starts. Conduct face-to-face visits, presentations, educational meetings, and networking events throughout Indian River County and surrounding communities. Represent Home Instead at health fairs, community events, and professional organizations. Serve as a trusted resource for healthcare professionals, seniors, and their families. Conduct in-home care consultations with prospective clients as needed. Collaborate closely with our office team to ensure an exceptional experience from referral through the start of care. Document relationship activities and opportunities using Salesforce CRM. Qualifications Two or more years of experience building professional relationships through business development, account management, healthcare outreach, community relations, customer success, or similar roles. Healthcare, senior care, home health, hospice, rehabilitation, assisted living, nonprofit, or community outreach experience is strongly preferred. Experience using CRM software (Salesforce is a plus). Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to spend the majority of the workweek meeting with referral partners throughout the community. Why Home Instead?
