Job Description

Job Summary Kontour Medical Spa is a luxury medical spa located in Duluth, Georgia, specializing in natural-looking aesthetic treatments, advanced skincare, injectables, and wellness services. With over 700 five-star Google reviews and a rapidly growing presence in the Atlanta market, we have established ourselves as one of the premier aesthetic destinations in the region. As we continue to grow and prepare for the opening of our second location in Johns Creek, we are looking for a talented and creative Content & Social Media Manager to help elevate our brand and expand our digital presence. Position Overview We are seeking a highly creative, organized, and self-motivated Content & Social Media Manager who can bring our brand to life through engaging, educational, and visually stunning content. This is not a remote-only social media role. The ideal candidate will be on-site 2-3 times per week to capture content, coordinate filming sessions, direct providers and staff on camera, and ensure all content reflects the luxury experience and high standards of the Kontour brand. The right candidate understands that social media is more than posting, it is storytelling, education, and building trust with prospective patients. Responsibilities Plan and execute content creation sessions on-site 2-3 times per week Arrive prepared with a content agenda and filming strategy for each session Direct providers and staff during filming to ensure confidence, professionalism, and natural delivery on camera Capture high-quality photo and video content using professional equipment Create and publish engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms Produce a minimum of 6 high-quality reels per week Manage daily Instagram and Facebook stories that encourage engagement and interaction Create educational carousel posts and other value-driven content Maintain a content calendar at least 1-2 weeks ahead of schedule Capture major treatments, patient transformations, events, team culture moments, and practice updates Stay current on social media trends while maintaining the luxury positioning of the brand Monitor content performance and provide recommendations for continued growth Collaborate closely with leadership to execute marketing initiatives and campaigns
Pay:
$45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
Benefits:
Employee discount Flexible schedule Application Question(s): Are you able to be on-site in Duluth, GA 2-3 times per week? After reviewing Kontour Medical Spa's current social media, choose ONE recent post or Reel that you would have approached differently. Tell us specifically what you would change: concept, hook, filming, editing, caption, messaging, or overall presentation - and why Because we are a medical practice, patient filming opportunities can be unpredictable, as many patients do not consent to being filmed. If you arrived for a scheduled content day and learned that none of the patients being treated that day could be filmed, how would you come prepared and pivot to ensure the content session was still productive? Please give us examples of what you would create.
