Job Description
Community Relations Coordinator Crosspoint Human Services is seeking a Community Relations Coordinator to serve as an ambassador for our organization by building meaningful partnerships, supporting community engagement and fundraising efforts, and collaborating on marketing and communications initiatives that advance our mission. Join us in being the connection between our mission and our community. Responsibilities and Duties Duties include but are not limited to: Building and strengthening community partnerships with local organizations, businesses, donors, and other stakeholders to advance Crosspoint's mission. Collaborating with Crosspoint's contracted marketing and fundraising partners to support marketing campaigns, communications, fundraising initiatives, and public awareness efforts. Coordinating fundraising, community engagement, and donor appreciation events while helping to ensure successful planning and execution. Identify opportunities to increase Crosspoint's visibility and community impact through strategic outreach and relationship building Job Requirements Requires a bachelor's degree in relevant field Two to five years of experience in community relations, marketing, communications, public relations, or a related field is preferred Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, including confidence in public speaking and delivering presentations to diverse audiences Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines Creative, resourceful, and collaborative with strong problem-solving skills Crosspoint Human Services' Benefits Taking care of people starts with taking care of our employees.
