About the Role The Community Liaison for North Indy, Carmel, and Fishers serve as a vital bridge between the organization and the local communities it supports. This role is focused on building and maintaining strong relationships with community members, local organizations, and stakeholders to promote CarDon's services and initiatives. The Community Liaison will actively engage with residents and partners to understand their needs and communicate relevant information about programs and events. By fostering trust and collaboration, this position helps enhance community involvement and supports the organization's mission to provide exceptional care and services. Ultimately, the role aims to create a positive impact by ensuring that community voices are heard and integrated into CarDon's outreach and development efforts. Job Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with community leaders, organizations, and residents within North Indy, Carmel, and Fishers. Represent CarDon at community events, meetings, and forums to promote awareness and engagement. Identify community needs and opportunities for collaboration to support CarDon's programs and services. Coordinate outreach activities and informational sessions to educate the community about available resources. Gather feedback from community members to inform organizational strategies and improve service delivery. Collaborate with internal teams to align community engagement efforts with organizational goals. Prepare reports and updates on community interactions and outcomes for leadership review. Minimum Qualifications Previous experience in healthcare sales, Director of Admissions or Marketing, or a related role is highly desirable. Strong understanding of the skilled nursing facility (SNF) business line, including clinical and payment aspects. Excellent sales and relationship-building skills with a proven track record of success. Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in using various computer systems and technology platforms. Ability to learn and efficiently use hospital electronic health records (EHR). Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Availability to travel to hospitals and healthcare facilities as needed. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred. Familiarity with the North Indy, Carmel, and Fishers communities and their unique demographics. Bilingual abilities or experience working with multicultura
