This Entry Level Non-Profit Representative role is designed for individuals who communicate confidently, enjoy meeting new people, and want to develop their professional skills through hands-on experience. As an Entry Level Non-Profit Representative, you'll communicate directly with members of the community on behalf of nonprofit organizations. You'll explain their values, objectives, answer questions, listen to supporter interests, and help create clear and positive interactions. The Entry Level Non-Profit Representative plays an important role in helping nonprofit organizations build awareness and connect with potential long-term supporters through direct conversations. Entry Level Non-Profit Representative:
Represent nonprofit organizations through professional, face-to-face communication with community members Introduce organizations missions, values, and initiatives while communicating key information in a clear and approachable way Engage members of the public, build rapport, and create positive first impressions Listen carefully to questions, understand individual interests, and provide accurate information about nonprofit initiatives Assist interested supporters with the appropriate enrollment process Maintain accurate information while following established communication, quality, and compliance procedures
Entry Level Non-Profit Representative Qualifications:
Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills. Comfortable speaking with people from different backgrounds and communities. Professional, confident, and approachable communication style. Strong work ethic with the ability to learn and apply feedback. This is an entry-level position and is open to candidates from a variety of professional backgrounds. Previous experience in communications or a related field is a plus but not required.
Pay:
$51,500.00 - $62,000.00 per year
