Job Description Position Overview :

Our goal is to create a program that is an excellent learning experience for anyone interested in agronomy, general agriculture, precision agriculture, energy markets, safety, marketing and/or sales industry between the months of May and August. The internship will be tailored to the interests of the intern and experience level to maximize the learning experience. It will be an opportunity to earn money while having more than just an average summer internship. This program will also allow Keystone Cooperative to evaluate potential employees and develop a talent pool in which to hire from in an increasingly competitive job market. Your experience as an intern will cater to your interests and strengths. The internships we have to offer will be hands-on, real world working experience. As with all our internships the interns will contribute to the success of the department in which he/she is assigned.

Duties and Responsibilities :

Include but are not limited to: Develop and execute creative ways to tell the Keystone story Represent Keystone externally, enhancing our brand image and market presence Create engaging content for press releases, social media, and newsletters Write and publish Keystone news stories Track and report on community investments Develop and integrate marketing calendars Manage, plan, and coordinate various Keystone events with assistance from Marketing team Creatively prepare promotional materials and presentations Identify and complete a summer capstone project Support day to day functions of Keystone Marketing team

Skills and Qualifications :

Enjoy being creative Strong writing and communication skills Must be personable and outgoing at public encounters Must be detail oriented Like working on a team Have a passion for agriculture
