REALTORS
® (KCRAR) and Heartland MLS (HMLS) are seeking a relationship-focused professional to serve as our Chapter & Community Relations Coordinator. This role acts as the primary liaison between KCRAR, Heartland MLS, local Chapters, the Women's Council of
REALTORS
®, and community partners. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who excels at building relationships, coordinating events and programs, engaging members, and supporting advocacy and community initiatives throughout the region.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Chapter Relations & Member Engagement:
Serve as the primary staff liaison to Chapters within the KCRAR jurisdiction. Coordinate and attend Chapter meetings, events, educational programs, and networking opportunities. Promote KCRAR and Heartland MLS programs, services, products, and member benefits. Support member engagement initiatives and volunteer leadership development. Develop and manage Chapter budgets and oversee grant funding administration. Gather member feedback and communicate insights to Association and MLS leadership. Build strong relationships with members, brokers, volunteer leaders, and industry partners. Women's Council of
REALTORS
® Support Serve as the staff liaison to local Women's Council of
REALTORS
® organizations. Attend meetings, programs, and leadership events as needed. Foster collaboration and communication between Women's Council leadership, KCRAR, and Heartland
MLS. MLS
Member Support Promote Heartland MLS products, tools, and services. Assist with coordinating MLS-related training opportunities. Gather and share feedback on MLS products, services, and technology needs. Government Affairs & Advocacy Help communicate legislative priorities and advocacy initiatives to members and Chapters. Encourage participation in RPAC, Calls for Action, and grassroots advocacy efforts that impact the real estate industry. MLS Member Support Promote Heartland MLS products, tools, and services. Assist with coordinating MLS-related training opportunities. Gather and share feedback on MLS products, services, and technology needs. Government Affairs & Advocacy Help communicate legislative priorities and advocacy initiatives to members and Chapters. Encourage participation in RPAC, Calls for Action, and grassroots advocacy efforts that impact the real estate industry. Qualifications Preferred Skills & Experience Bachelor's degree preferred in Communications, Public Relations, Business Marketing, Political Science or 3+ years of experience in related field. Experience working with volunteers, member organizations, or the real estate industry is preferred. Success Attributes Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
