Appearance & Conduct Our clients trust us to introduce them to individuals who are not only compassionate and skilled, but who also carry themselves with professionalism and decorum. At Pathlight, we value a style that is relaxed yet polished. Casual dress is welcome in most settings, but it should always be neat, clean, and appropriate for refined home settings. Professional conduct — good manners, attentive listening, and the ability to adapt gracefully to different households — is just as important as appearance. What You'll Do Responsibilities will vary with different client pairings, but connection, trust, and commitment will remain at the forefront. We match based on personality, skill level, and competency. Some cases will focus heavily on components of companionship while others will require more traditional caregiving tasks. We hope to see staff grow with our clients through training as needs may evolve.
A few responsibilities:

What We Offer Pay starting at $24/hour (typical range: $24-$30 depending on assignment and duration of visit, not experience-based) Flexible, part-time schedules (some daytime roles available now, hiring for future placements) Training provided.
