The Parent Relationship Manager (PRM) serves as the welcoming face of our business and plays a crucial role in creating lasting, meaningful connections with dog parents. More than just managing the front desk, the PRM is a key driver of revenue through lead generation, marketing, and sales conversion. They oversee the full parent journey - from first impression to loyal customer - ensuring every interaction reflects the warmth, high standards, and excitement of the Dogtopia brand. The PRM is especially influential during the RAMP phase—the period leading up to your opening and through your first year. Their efforts in building community awareness, driving local marketing, and personally connecting with potential customers fuel early enrollment and lay the foundation for long-term growth. By attending local events and actively promoting pre-opening offers, the PRM ensures momentum at launch—and helps maintain it through the RAMP phase. A strong PRM is a high-energy, socially confident team builder who thrives on connecting with people and thinking creatively. They're driven to problem-solve, embrace innovation, and push for results. This includes developing and executing a localized marketing strategy, attending community events, and building relationships with local businesses. They also manage and convert leads, promote current offers, and ensure timely follow-ups with new parents and boarding clients. The PRM directly impacts lead flow, enrollment conversions, and parent retention - making the role essential to both growth and community presence.
