Position Overview The Manager of Programs and Community Engagement plans, coordinates, and manages community-based programs while building strong relationships with residents, artists, partners, and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage culturally relevant programs aligned with NIA Centre's mission.
  • Build and maintain community partnerships.
  • Coordinate events, workshops, and initiatives.
  • Track participation, outcomes, and program impact.
  • Support outreach, marketing collaboration, and grant reporting. Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Nonprofit Leadership, Community Development, Sociology, Public Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in nonprofit program management or community engagement.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
  • Applicants must reside within the city limits of Grand Rapids, Michigan. Compensation
  • This is a full-time position, onsite role.
  • The salary is $55,000 and includes health, dental & vision coverage.
