Welcome to Our Assisted Living Community Plymouth Inn Assisted Living is a warm, resident-centered senior living community now under new ownership. Our new leadership is a Michigan-based, family-run owner and operator of assisted living communities, committed to elevating the quality of care, comfort, and connection for our residents. With a strong local presence and a hands-on, family-oriented approach, we are focused on enhancing services, strengthening community engagement, and creating a supportive environment for both residents and staff. As part of our renewed vision, major renovations are currently underway, including the updating and transformation of resident rooms to create a more comfortable, welcoming, and refreshed living environment. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic Director of Marketing & Community Relations to help communicate our renewed vision and expand our reach within the Plymouth community. For more information, please visit us at http://www.plymouthinn.net Summary of Duties The Director of Marketing & Community Relations is responsible for planning, developing, and executing marketing initiatives that drive occupancy, enhance brand visibility, and cultivate lasting relationships with referral partners, families, and the local community. This role requires a strategic, relationship-oriented professional who thrives in a mission-driven environment and understands the senior living industry. Key Responsibilities Marketing & Sales
- Develop, implement, and manage marketing strategies to drive inquiries, tours, and move-ins.
- Maintain and exceed occupancy goals through proactive lead generation and follow-up.
- Track marketing metrics, analyze trends, and adjust strategies for optimal performance.
- Ensure consistent branding across all digital and print materials.
- Perform competitive benchmarking of similar assisted livings in the local area. Community Relations & Outreach
- Cultivate strong relationships with hospitals, physicians, senior service agencies, skilled rehabs, placement agencies, and other referral partners.
- Represent Plymouth Inn at community events, networking groups, and outreach programs.
- Plan and host on-site events that highlight the community and engage potential residents and families.
- Act as a positive brand ambassador in the local market. Family & Resident Engagement
- Build trust and rapport with prospective residents and their families throughout the decision-making process.
- Provide tours, coordinate assessments, and guide families through the move-in process.
- Collaborate with leadership and care teams to ensure a seamless transition for new residents. Administrative & Team Collaboration
- Work closely with the corporate Vice President on marketing budgets, occupancy targets, and strategic planning.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, inquiry logs, and conversion reports.
- Coordinate internal communication related to marketing initiatives and events.
