Full Job Description Description:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve occupancy and revenue goals. Build and maintain relationships with prospective residents and their families, as well as referral sources, such as healthcare professionals, social workers, and community organizations. Collaborate with internal teams, such as operations and clinical staff to ensure exceptional resident experiences. Participate in industry events and conferences to network and stay current with industry best practices. Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations related to sales and marketing activities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to conduct market research and analyze sales data to inform sales strategies.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field is preferred. Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales goals and driving revenue growth is preferred.
