Carolina Caring is seeking a dynamic Director of Community Engagement to join our passionate and mission-driven team dedicated to serving patients and families across our community. The Director of Community Engagement enhances the visibility and awareness of Carolina Caring by cultivating meaningful relationships, developing strategic business partnerships, and fostering strong referral sources. Through education, outreach, and active presence in the community, this role serves as a visible representative of Carolina Caring, strengthening partnerships and positioning us as the preferred choice for serious illness and hospice care. This role will primarily serve Mecklenburg County, helping build strong connections with healthcare partners, community organizations, physician practices, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and local leaders. The ideal candidate will live within or near Mecklenburg County and have established relationships within the community. This position requires an active presence in the community and may include occasional evening and weekend events to support outreach efforts and community engagement.
