Paid Media Specialist
Job Description
Description The Paid Media Specialist is responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and reporting on paid digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels. This role works closely with marketing and creative teams to drive traffic, engagement, leads, and conversions while maximizing advertising performance and ROI. Key Responsibilities
+ Develop and manage paid media campaigns across search, display, social, and other digital advertising channels.
+ Conduct keyword, audience, competitor, and market research to inform campaign strategy.
+ Build and optimize campaigns, including targeting, bidding, budgets, ad copy, and creative.
+ Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven optimizations to improve KPIs.
+ Analyze metrics such as CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS, conversions, and overall campaign ROI.
+ Create regular performance reports and communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
+ Collaborate with creative, content, SEO, and marketing teams to develop effective advertising campaigns.
+ Conduct A/B testing of audiences, messaging, creative, landing pages, and campaign strategies.
+ Stay current on paid media trends, platform updates, and emerging digital advertising opportunities. Requirements + 2+ years of experience in paid media, digital marketing, or a related field.
+ Hands-on experience with Google Ads and paid social platforms such as Meta and/or LinkedIn.
+ Strong understanding of digital advertising principles, campaign optimization, and performance marketing.
+ Experience with Google Analytics and/or other marketing analytics platforms.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
+ Ability to interpret campaign data and turn insights into actionable recommendations.
+ Excellent communication and organizational skills.
+ Experience managing multiple campaigns or clients simultaneously is a plus.
