This role is heavily focused on community outreach, partnership events, and growing our founding membership base. If you love meeting new people, talking wellness, networking around town, and being part of a growing brand from the beginning — this could be a perfect fit. You'll represent Degree Wellness at local events, pop-ups, gyms, businesses, and community partnerships while helping introduce people to our wellness and recovery services including infrared sauna, cryotherapy, red light therapy, cold plunge, compression therapy, and more.

What You'll Do:

Attend community events, pop-ups, and partner business activations Build relationships and create excitement around the Degree Wellness brand Educate potential members on our services and wellness benefits Confidently promote and sell founding memberships Help grow our social presence through community engagement and outreach Follow up with leads and build genuine connections with future members Assist with launch events and studio promotions leading up to opening Bring positive, welcoming energy everywhere you go

You Bring:

Outgoing, confident, and friendly personality Comfortable starting conversations and meeting new people Sales, customer service, fitness, wellness, or event experience preferred Passion for wellness, recovery, and helping others feel their best Self-motivated and excited by goals and growth opportunities Availability for some evenings/weekends and local events Social media comfort is a plus!
