Job Description

Kindly Direct Care is expanding its community outreach and referral development efforts. We're seeking to partner with someone who understands the NJ DDD ecosystem and maintains strong connections with Support Coordinators, agencies, and families across New Jersey and Pennsylvania. If you're someone who knows the DDD landscape and is interested in helping ensure more individuals receive reliable, top-quality care, we want to hear from you! This is your opportunity to educate the community and beyond, to help bridge the gap between individuals in need of support and high-quality service providers. This opportunity is particularly well suited for someone who: Is very familiar with I/DD Support Coordination and Community-Based Supports programs Wants to ensure individuals are connected with reliable, high-quality supports Is passionate about community education, including informing individuals about supports and resources available to them and minimizing barriers to access Is energized by networking and relationship-building Already has a trusted network in the NJ I/DD community
Compensation:
Hourly rate $22+/hour + a generous commission structure
