Job Description

Hampshire House is a beautiful adult care community overlooking the rolling mountains and lush green valleys of Oneonta NY. We are looking for a experienced Community Relations Director to join our growing team! The Community Relations Director is responsible for the central intake of new leads to the assigned communities. The CRD is to create a customer service experience for seniors and their families that is in accordance with Willow Ridge Senior Living values, sales tools, and sales training. The CRD is to schedule community visits for seniors and their families from the lead source specified by the Vice President of Operations, to help create and maintain a lead to tour conversion that enhances the communities' performance.
Essential Functions:
Respond to all leads received within 30 minutes or less by phone and complete subsequent necessary follow up . Communicate clearly to the community team about scheduled visits and communication with the new lead. Understand family needs and refer to the appropriate community if need be. Understand community offerings, resident requirements, and move in process. Manage all new, pre-tour leads for the first 10 days in accordance with the Community Sales Plan Consistently meet or exceed move in goals and census growth. Develop and grow unpaid referral sources. Create and implement community outreach programs for each community. Develop and maintain a good working relationship with all community-based employees, families, and residents. Manage the decline and notification of duplicate leads on behalf of the community in accordance with the contractual obligation to decline within 3 business days. (Paid Referral sources) Have excellent working knowledge of community events, staff and key employees, resident ambassadors. Travel up to one week per quarter for community knowledge experience. Perform other duties as assigned.
