About Touching Hearts at Home Touching Hearts at Home is an award-winning provider of non-medical in-home senior care services throughout Upstate New York. Since 2007, Touching Hearts at Home has helped older adults age safely and independently in the comfort of their homes through compassionate, non-medical care. Position Overview The Community Relations Manager is responsible for expanding referral partnerships, increasing community awareness, and driving business growth through strategic relationship building, networking, and community engagement. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain referral relationships with hospitals, rehabilitation facilities, senior living communities, healthcare providers, senior service organizations, and other community partners. Conduct networking visits, presentations, community outreach activities, sponsored events, and facility drop-ins. Represent Touching Hearts at Home at community and industry events, while distributing promotional materials and strengthening relations with referral partners. Coordinate outreach initiatives and collaborate with the Regional Sales Director to support marketing efforts and maintain weekly social media content. Assist with incoming referral calls and inquiries as needed. Leverage existing client relationships to identify additional referral opportunities. Monitor market trends, track referral activity, and report on sales performance and key metrics. Maintain accurate business development activities in the Welcome Home CRM and consistently meet or exceed referral and business development goals. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred. Two or more years of successful business development, sales, or community relations experience, preferably in healthcare, senior services. Strong networking, relationship-building, presentation, and communication skills. Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven with an entrepreneurial mindset. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Experience creating marketing materials and social media content is preferred. Schedule & Work Setting Full-time (40 hours per week) Hybrid position with a combination of office and community field work Compensation & Benefits Base salary of $70,000 plus bonus eligibility 401(k) with employer match Health insurance with employer contribution Voluntary dental, vision, life insurance, and hospitalization benefits Paid Time Off (PTO)
