$80K to $100K range; based on experience A company that owns beautiful privately owned skilled nursing facilities located in the Rochester, New York area is currently seeking an experienced External Hospital Liaison.

Summary:

The External Hospital Liaison will act as a liaison for 3 skilled nursing facilities and for assigned hospitals and designated referral sources for families. This person will be responsible for building relationships with hospitals, which generate patient referrals and admissions.

Responsibilities:

Interacts with community leaders, social workers, case managers, discharge managers to maintain and develop referral relationships. Work with Admissions department to meet short term and long-range census goals Develop and provide information for marketing materials or presentations as needed. Help manage the admissions process to ensure satisfaction for residents and families Create, manage and monitor new business development plans Conduct research as needed. Qualifications of the

Marketing Liaison-Nursing Home:
