Part Time Social Media Manager. $30 an hour plus $50 for every new client who signs up from social media. A management role with a real path to full time. Redefine Fitness is a private medical fitness company with two studios on Long Island's North Shore, Mount Sinai and Stony Brook. Our clients are mostly in their 50s, 60s and 70s, and our content is how most of them find us. We need someone in the studios capturing it every day and building our name across Long Island. THE PAY $30 an hour, about 20 hours a week. Part time W2 employee. Plus $50 for every new client who signs up from social media: an organic DM, a ManyChat conversation, a comment, or a partner you brought in.

WHAT YOU DO

Capture raw daily footage in our studios: training, coaching, our team, and client wins with permission. Edit and post short form video across Instagram, Facebook and our other channels. Run our ManyChat flows and DMs. Answer, qualify, and book people into a call with our team. Direct outreach and social networking with local businesses and medical offices: physicians, physical therapists, chiropractors, wellness practices and community groups across Suffolk County. Find local influencers and brand ambassadors who fit our brand, then build and run that program.

Report weekly:

posts, DMs, partners contacted, calls booked, clients signed.

WHERE THIS GOES

This is a management role. Prove it and it grows into full time. You'll run our quarterly professional photo and film days: shot lists, scheduling, talent, and making sure we leave with months of content. You'll have the chance to create and lead our influencer and brand ambassador positions, and manage the people in them.

WHO YOU ARE

You already shoot and edit short form video on your phone, fast. You've grown an account, yours or a business's, and can show it. You know clients come from DMs and relationships, not likes. You're comfortable reaching out to a doctor's office or a local business owner and starting a real conversation. Comfortable around clients in their 50s, 60s and 70s. Brand standards matter to you. We're a medical fitness company, not a gym, and the content has to look premium. You live within driving distance of Mount Sinai and Stony Brook.
