Job Description
The Student Communications Manager is responsible for the coordination, execution, and operational management of University student and internal communications across multiple channels and platforms. Working closely with student communications leadership and departments across the University, this position translates communication plans into timely, coordinated, and effective student-facing communications. The Manager manages the college-wide student communications calendar and supports communications across Mercy Connect, Blackboard, website, Chatbot, email, Tassel, Bright Author, and other platforms. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines while working collaboratively across departments.
