About Tmat Tmat designs and manufactures innovative automotive and truck organization solutions, proudly built in America. In our first year at SEMA, we won a 2025 New Products Award — the world's most competitive automotive trade show — underscoring our commitment to innovation and quality. With 250,000+ social media followers and branded distribution teams actively creating and posting Tmat content across Europe, Australia, South America, Central America, and Asia, we are building a truly global brand from the ground up. We sell direct-to-consumer on tmat.com, on Amazon (Brand Registered), and through branded international partners. We are social-first, content-driven, and in a high-growth stage. This is an in-person, fast-paced environment where experienced e-commerce and marketing leaders set the standard and everyone is expected to keep up. Role Overview Every comment on a Tmat post is an opportunity — to make someone laugh, to make a sale, to turn a scroller into a follower, and a follower into a lifelong customer. We post multiple times per day across Meta and TikTok and our comment sections are active, loud, and full of personality. Right now those comments go unanswered for too long. That ends with this hire. We are looking for someone with a sharp wit, genuine warmth, and the instinct to know when to be funny and when to be helpful. This is not a customer service role with a script. This is a brand voice role where your words represent Tmat in real time — sometimes in front of hundreds of thousands of people. Think less "thank you for your comment!" and more genuine, quick, human engagement that makes people want to keep coming back. This role requires genuine availability in the evenings and on weekends. Our content goes live throughout the day and the comment sections need a real human when the audience shows up — not a scheduled auto-reply. This is an in-person position based in Oklahoma City, OK.
Key Responsibilities Comment Engagement:
Monitor and respond to comments across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and TikTok — including evenings and weekends when content is live and audiences are active.
Brand Voice:
Engage with wit, warmth, and speed.
Embody the Tmat voice:
authentic, self-aware, confident, and never corporate. Know when to be funny, when to be helpful, and when to escalate.
Inbound DMs and Customer Inquiries:
Respond to inbound DMs across all platforms — size questions, product FAQs, and general inquiries — keeping response times tight.
Lead Routing:
Route wholesale and fleet inquiries immediately to the sales team. These are revenue opportunities, not support tickets.
Community Intelligence:
Flag trending comments, recurring questions, and emerging customer sentiment. Identify content ideas hiding in the comment section and surface potential issues before they escalate. Qualifications A genuinely funny, quick, and warm written voice — examples of your work are strongly preferred. Deep native fluency on TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook — you are already on these platforms constantly. The judgment to know when edgy is right and when it is wrong, and the self-control to pull back before it becomes a problem. Comfort working outside standard business hours — viral moments do not happen on a 9-to-5 schedule. Basic customer service instincts — friendly, accurate, and fast on routine inquiries. Experience representing a brand online, formally or informally.
Performance Metrics Leading:
Comment response rate and average response time across all active posts.
Trailing:
Engagement rate lift on posts with active comment management; wholesale and fleet leads routed to sales.
