This is an exciting opportunity for a communications professional who enjoys storytelling, graphic design, content creation, brand management, and collaborating with multiple departments to enhance the member experience. Position Overview The Communications Manager serves as the Club's primary communications and creative resource. This individual will be responsible for developing and managing member communications, publications, digital content, social media, photography, branding initiatives, and promotional materials. Key Responsibilities Produce and manage member newsletters and weekly communications. Develop communication plans promoting Club events, programs, and amenities. Manage website, mobile app, digital signage, and social media content. Design printed and digital marketing materials including newsletters, brochures, signage, menus, advertisements, and event collateral. Create photography, graphics, and video content. Monitor communication effectiveness and engagement metrics. Maintain and strengthen Club brand standards and communication guidelines. Collaborate with leadership and department managers on communication strategies and special projects. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience. 3-5 years of communications, marketing, public relations, graphic design, or related experience. Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and visual communication skills. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and Microsoft Office required. Photography and digital content creation experience required. Website management and video editing experience preferred. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Experience in hospitality, private clubs, resorts, or member-based organizations is a plus.
