Project Manager - Community Relations Are you passionate about building meaningful community connections and driving impactful initiatives? As a key member of the team, you will coordinate complex projects, manage events, support strategic planning, and mentor emerging talent—all while collaborating with a dedicated team committed to positive community impact. Required Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Project Management, Public Administration, Education, or a related field 3-7 years of experience in project management, operations, program administration, or event management Strong organizational, planning, and stakeholder management skills Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira, Asana) Nice toHave Skills:
Experience supporting senior leaders in fast-paced environments Knowledge of project management platforms and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, PMP) Background in community relations, workforce development, or nonprofit operationsPreferred Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field Several years of hands-on project management experience Certifications such as PMP, Agile, or Scrum are a plusOther Requirements:
