Job Description

  • ABA / Behavioral Health We are seeking an outgoing, motivated, and professional Business Relations Manager to develop and maintain strong relationships throughout the community and expand our referral network.
Responsibilities:
  • Build relationships with pediatricians, schools, social workers, case managers, support coordinators, community organizations, and other referral sources
  • Develop new referral partnerships and maintain existing relationships
  • Conduct outreach through phone calls, emails, meetings, and in-person visits
  • Attend networking meetings and community events
  • Consistently follow up with referral partners and potential partners
  • Identify new opportunities for partnerships and referrals
  • Work closely with management and intake teams to help connect families with services
Qualifications:
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Outgoing, professional, and confident
  • Highly organized with excellent follow-up skills
  • Experience in business development, healthcare, behavioral health, sales, or community outreach preferred
  • Knowledge of ABA/autism services is a plus, but not required We are looking for someone who can become a strong face of the organization in the community, build long-term professional relationships, and generate new referral opportunities.
