The coordinator will help strengthen local relationships, generate qualified leads, grow our social media audience, and support revenue growth by connecting more families with our programs and services. This is a part-time hybrid role with in-person and remote responsibilities. It is ideal for someone who enjoys social media management, grassroots marketing, event coordination, front desk support, and working directly with children and families in a pediatric setting. About Us Little Milestones for Small Discoveries is a pediatric therapy clinic and sensory gym dedicated to supporting neurodivergent children and their families through play-based, evidence-informed services. We offer Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Social Skills groups, inclusive events, and preschool readiness programming in a supportive and community-centered environment. Events Marketing and Community Outreach Plan, promote, and support monthly clinic events, including Parent's Night Out, Social Skills groups, workshops, open houses, family activities, and seasonal events. Develop marketing-focused community events and outreach campaigns designed to introduce the clinic to new families and generate qualified leads. Participate in community outreach and tabling events approximately twice per month on Saturdays. Build and maintain referral relationships with preschools, schools, pediatricians, therapists, family organizations, local businesses, and community partners. Identify sponsorships, vendor opportunities, cross-promotions, and partnerships that increase awareness and attendance. Assist with event planning, registration, setup, facilitation, cleanup, follow-up, and photo or video content capture. Collect attendee contact information with appropriate consent and ensure leads receive timely follow-up about relevant services and upcoming programs. Social Media Lead Generation and Revenue Growth Manage social media accounts and publish engaging content three to five times per week. Create and maintain a content calendar that supports clinic services, events, enrollment periods, and community campaigns. Engage professionally with the audience through comments and messages, respond to inquiries promptly, and guide interested families to the appropriate next step. Capture and create clinic and event content while following all privacy, consent, and confidentiality requirements. Create simple marketing materials such as flyers, graphics, email content, event listings, and community announcements. Use clear calls to action to increase event registrations, consultations, program inquiries, followers, and referral leads. Track key results, including follower growth, reach, engagement, inquiries, event attendance, referral sources, leads, conversions, and revenue associated with campaigns when data is available. Provide a brief monthly performance summary and recommend practical adjustments to improve future outreach, lead generation, and revenue growth. Team Collaboration Attend the weekly virtual team meeting on Tuesdays at 9:30 PM. Communicate regularly with leadership to coordinate clinic operations, promotions, partnerships, and growth initiatives. Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff so public-facing information remains accurate and family-centered. Schedule Monday through Thursday from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM in person, with schedule options based on clinic needs. Weekly virtual meeting on Tuesday at 9:30 PM. Additional hours for events and community outreach, including some Saturdays. Compensation $1,500 per month, paid biweekly at $750. Consistent salary, including during slower months. Opportunity for growth as the clinic expands. Trial Period Initial trial period to ensure a strong mutual fit. Compensation begins upon the official start date. Qualifications Strong communication, organization, relationship-building, and follow-through skills. Professional, proactive, dependable, and team-oriented. Comfortable with social media, content creation, community outreach, and basic performance tracking. Able to represent the clinic confidently at community events and communicate effectively with prospective families and referral partners. Experience with marketing, events, sales support, lead generation, or community partnerships is preferred. Experience working with children and families is preferred.
