Job Description

Overview Dreamspire Enterprises is building a family-focused entertainment and hospitality brand. We are seeking a a friendly, organized, confident professional to help us build strong community relationships and support our corporate growth. Looking for someone who enjoys meeting people, keeping projects organized, communicating clearly, and helping a growing business turn ideas into action. Duties Represent Dreamspire Enterprises at meetings, events, and community activities. Build relationships with schools, daycares, camps, family organizations, businesses, media contacts, and potential partners. Help introduce our company, explain our mission, and create positive first impressions. Support stakeholders with meeting preparation, follow-up emails, presentations, schedules, and project coordination. Keep track of partnership opportunities, important contacts, meeting notes, deadlines, and next steps. Draft professional emails, outreach messages, proposals, event materials, and simple business presentations. Help coordinate marketing, community outreach, launch planning, and external communications. Organize company documents, vendor information, quotes, proposals, and business files. Coordinate with outside vendors, consultants, agencies, and service providers when needed. Help with recruiting coordination, including posting approved jobs, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates. Share a simple weekly update with the management on projects, partnerships, priorities, and upcoming needs. You will build genuine relationships, bring clarity and warmth to important conversations, and help turn good ideas into organized action. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, communicating with confidence, keeping details on track, and helping a growing business make a strong first impression. Your work will help create partnerships, open doors, and lay the foundation for a brand families and communities can trust.
Pay:
From $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 40.0 per week
