Role:
Join MedPOINT Management as an In-House IPA Representative and play a crucial role in enhancing healthcare services in Sherman Oaks, CA. Responsibilities:
Act as a liaison between healthcare providers and the IPA to facilitate effective communication. Coordinate and manage provider relations to ensure high-quality care delivery. Assist in the onboarding process for new providers within the network. Monitor and analyze provider performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. Support the development and implementation of provider engagement initiatives. Conduct regular meetings with providers to discuss updates and address concerns. Maintain accurate records and documentation of provider interactions. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in healthcare operations or provider relations. Strong understanding of IPA and managed care principles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and healthcare management software. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Positive attitude and a passion for improving healthcare services. Flexible work from home options available.
