Mary Jane's Safe Haven is looking for a motivated Referral Relations Specialist to help us grow our private-pay home care services! This is aCOMMISSION-BASED

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Your primary responsibility will be to help us build relationships with potential referral sources and bring qualified private-pay clients to Mary Jane's Safe Haven. You'll be responsible for: Connecting with hospitals and discharge planners Building relationships with social workers and care coordinators Networking with rehabilitation and senior care facilities Connecting with physicians' offices and other healthcare professionals Following up with potential referral sources Sharing information about our home care services Attending local networking and community events Helping increase awareness of Mary Jane's Safe Haven Building professional relationships that can lead to new private-pay clients You are essentially our community connector! We're looking for someone who is comfortable getting out in the community, introducing themselves, making connections, following up, and helping us create a consistent referral pipeline.COMPENSATION
COMMISSION-BASED ONLY There is no hourly pay for this position. Your earning potential is based on your successful business-development efforts and qualified private-pay clients who actually begin services with Mary Jane's Safe Haven. The more successful clients you help bring in, the more you can earn! This makes this position especially great for someone who already has a full-time job, works part-time, is retired, is a stay-at-home parent, or simply wants to make additional income in their spare time.SERVICE AREA
