Job Description
- Capture high-quality photo and video content of the restaurant, food, beverages, staff, and guest experiences.
- Film behind-the-scenes footage, special events, and promotional content.
- Create engaging short-form videos for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other social platforms.
- Organize and maintain a digital content library. Social Media Management
- Schedule and publish content across all social media platforms.
- Monitor comments, messages, and community engagement.
- Escalate customer concerns to management when appropriate.
- Ensure content aligns with the restaurant's brand voice and marketing goals. Event Marketing Event Marketing
- Capture professional photo and video content during events.
- Create real-time social media content (Stories, Reels, behind-the-scenes footage) when appropriate.
- Organize and archive event media for future marketing use. Planning & Collaboration
- Attend weekly marketing meetings.
- Develop shot lists for content production days.
- Assist in planning future campaigns and seasonal promotions.
- Coordinate with management to ensure marketing priorities are executed efficiently. Qualifications
- Experience creating content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and similar platforms.
- Basic photography and videography skills.
- Proficiency with Canva and video editing software such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects.
- Passion for hospitality, food, events, and storytelling. Preferred Qualities
- Creative eye for branding and aesthetics.
- Familiarity with current social media trends.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
