TEMPORARY COMMUNITY FUNDRAISING COORDINATOR

Cancer Awareness Campaign & Halloween Bash Tip Top Tattoo is seeking a trustworthy, community-minded individual or local organization to help coordinate a cancer-awareness fundraiser throughout October 2026. Previously, we donated to larger organizations such as the American Cancer Society. This year, we want the money raised to remain within Port Richey, West Pasco, or the surrounding community. Our main focus is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, but we are open to supporting local patients affected by any form of cancer.

CAMPAIGN DETAILS

The campaign will run from October 1-31, 2026. Donations will be accepted in person at Tip Top Tattoo, through our website, and during our Halloween Bash on Saturday, October 24. Tip Top Tattoo will not retain any portion of the donations. All money collected will go to the selected local organization, program, family, or cancer patient.

WHAT WE NEED

We need someone who can help us: Locate reputable local organizations or cancer patients in need Create a fair and transparent donation plan Coordinate with nonprofits, hospitals, or assistance programs Track the donations collected and distributed Help promote the campaign locally Participate in or represent the campaign at our October 24 event Ideal applicants will have experience with fundraising, nonprofit work, community outreach, event coordination, or financial recordkeeping. We also welcome established local cancer-support organizations to contact us directly. This is a temporary, project-based opportunity. Compensation and the working arrangement will be discussed based on experience and involvement.
