As a Yield Analyst, you will be introduced to the execution of programmatic campaigns utilizing our proprietary technology platform. The role involves a combination of data analysis, creative problem-solving, and cross-team collaboration to ensure campaign success and client satisfaction. It is expected that through our training program and hands-on experience that a Yield Analyst will demonstrate the potential to become a Yield Manager at Cadent. This is a hybrid role, based in our New York office, with in-office days required Tuesday through Thursday. Responsibilities Learn and develop skills for management of campaign performance, campaign delivery, and campaign profitability. Apply data analysis to execute advertising campaigns based on client objectives. Develop actionable insights and make recommendations to internal Client Services team. Monitor and analyze reporting on a frequent basis to ensure optimal delivery and performance of campaigns. Work with Data Science team to improve performance for campaigns. Build and maintain campaign performance and delivery reporting in Excel, developing skills as needed. Qualifications College degree; degree in a quantitative or business-related field (e.g., Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, or Business) a plus. Prior office or internship experience, with working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word). Some Intermediate Excel skills required, including pivot tables and lookup formulas (XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP); comfort working with large datasets a plus. Eager to learn and grow, with a proactive approach to using available resources and asking the right questions. Excellent time management and creative problem-solving skills. Can thrive in a fast-paced and high-growth work environment. Ability to connect client business goals to campaign strategy and explain campaign performance in terms of business impact. Team player with good communication and collaboration skills. Nice to Have Exposure to programmatic platforms (DSPs, SSPs, ad exchanges) through coursework, internships, or prior roles. Familiarity with digital advertising metrics (CPM, CTR, viewability, fill rate). Experience with BI or reporting tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI). Basic SQL knowledge. Prior internship or work experience in digital media, ad tech, or a related analytics field
