Since launching over two decades ago, we've built multiple sales channels across DTC websites and third-party marketplaces. We're passionate about designing inspiring, on-trend furniture that brings customers' home décor dreams to life. We are seeking a new member to join our Advertising team. Role Overview The Meta Paid Media Specialist is responsible for driving revenue growth and advertising efficiency across Meta platforms, including Facebook and Instagram. This role owns campaign execution, optimization, and performance across Meta advertising, ensuring campaigns align with business objectives while maximizing return on ad spend. This is a high-impact position within a fast-growing organization where the right person can make a measurable difference in revenue, customer acquisition, and overall marketing effectiveness. Responsibilities Plan, develop, and execute paid advertising strategies across Meta platforms, including Facebook and Instagram. Build, manage, and optimize campaigns focused on customer acquisition, remarketing, and revenue growth. Monitor campaign performance daily and provide structured reporting through automated dashboards. Conduct A/B testing across creative, audience segmentation, placements, messaging, and bidding strategies to maximize ROAS. Manage campaign budgets, forecast spend, and reconcile discrepancies. Analyze campaign performance, audience behavior, and attribution data to identify optimization opportunities. Partner with Brand Managers, Innovation, Analytics, and 3P teams to support new product launches, promotional campaigns, and seasonal initiatives. Collaborate with the Google Ads Strategist and other Advertising team members to share insights, coordinate campaign strategies, and maximize overall paid media performance. Maintain a strong understanding of Meta advertising updates, emerging technologies, tools, and industry best practices. What Success Looks Like Improved ROAS, revenue contribution, and customer acquisition through Meta advertising. Structured, data-backed campaign optimization. Efficient budget management with disciplined forecasting. Clear reporting and performance transparency. Strong cross-functional alignment across the Advertising team and key business partners. Requirements 4+ years of experience in ecommerce advertising management. Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience managing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns. Proven experience executing A/B testing and campaign optimization. Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager, Meta Pixel, Conversions API, audience targeting, attribution, and analytics platforms. Demonstrated success optimizing campaign structure, audience segmentation, and bidding strategies. Strong analytical skills including data manipulation and performance analysis. Ability to evaluate ROAS, CTR, conversion performance, spend efficiency, and creative impact. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Agency experience welcomed.
