Job Description

Description We are looking for an experienced Senior Communications Manager to join our team in Atlanta, Georgiae. In this role, you will lead strategic communication initiatives that strengthen brand positioning, enhance internal and external messaging, and drive engagement across multiple platforms. This is an exciting opportunity to work within the manufacturing industry, focusing on transformative sectors such as energy transition and advanced technologies.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive corporate communications strategy that aligns with organizational goals and brand identity.
  • Design and execute internal communication plans to boost employee engagement and ensure alignment with company objectives.
  • Provide strategic communication support to executive leadership, including drafting speeches, reports, and announcements.
  • Create media strategies to elevate the company's reputation in key sectors like battery technology, manufacturing, and energy transition.
  • Build and maintain relationships with journalists and media outlets covering relevant industries.
  • Lead the development of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, video, and social media platforms.
  • Manage external agencies to ensure marketing efforts are impactful, on-brand, and measurable.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of trade shows, media events, and investor-related conferences in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Optimize budgets and allocate resources effectively across communication and marketing projects.
  • Foster collaboration across departments such as Business Development, Finance, Operations, and Human Resources to ensure cohesive messaging. Requirements
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in corporate communications, marketing, or a related field; public company experience is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Finance, Business, or a related discipline; a graduate degree is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing multi-channel communication strategies and managing brand identity.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling presentations and materials.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships across diverse internal teams, including executive leadership.
  • Proficiency in leveraging tools and techniques for email campaigns, social media management, and content creation.
  • Experience in managing cross-functional projects and external partnerships.
  • Solid understanding of event strategy and execution, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
