Make a Difference at Bridging the Gap At Bridging the Gap, we believe recovery is possible for everyone. We are looking for a compassionate, outgoing, and relationship-focused Addiction Outreach and Partnership Specialist to help connect individuals, families and referral sources with the support they need to begin their recovery journey. In this role, you'll serve as a community outreach champion for our organization, building meaningful partnerships throughout the community, supporting referral sources, assisting with admissions, and helping spread awareness of our treatment programs. What You'll Do Build and nurture relationships with healthcare providers, referral partners, community organizations, and recovery resources. Represent Bridging the Gap at community events, networking opportunities, and educational presentations. Support outreach and marketing initiatives that increase awareness of our programs and services. Serve as a welcoming point of contact for prospective clients, families, and referral partners. Assist with admissions inquiries, lead follow-up, and client onboarding. Help coordinate smooth transitions for clients entering and exiting treatment. Support alumni engagement and ongoing recovery community connections. Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with confidentiality and HIPAA requirements. Collaborate closely with admissions, clinical, and marketing teams to provide exceptional support and care. What We're Looking For Experience in outreach, admissions, marketing, healthcare, behavioral health, or relationship-building roles preferred. Strong active listening and communication skills Strong networking, and public speaking skills. Organized, dependable, and able to work independently. Comfortable using Microsoft Office, social media, and database systems. A genuine passion for helping individuals and families affected by substance use disorders. High school diploma or equivalent required with experience in outreach and/or marketing Abilities to communicate courteously and professionally with the public and staff and to maintain confidential information Passion in working in an environment to support those affected by the disease of addiction If applicant declares self to be recovery, s/he must be free of mood altering dependency for at least two years.
