Position Summary We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Store Operations Communications Specialist to support Store and Department communications and help ensure clear, timely, and effective communication across the field. This individual will develop and edit communications, training materials, instructional content, forms, tools, and resource videos while providing timely support to Regional Directors, District Managers, and Stores. Key Responsibilities A typical day may include: 1. Composes and develops Store and Department communications, including messages, policies, procedures, training materials, and other instructional content. 2. Identifies communication opportunities and proactively initiates messaging to Stores. 3. Reviews content for accuracy, clarity, and relevance; analyzes context and initiates updates as needed. 4. Writes and edits communications using the appropriate tone, format, and style for the intended audience and purpose. 5. Creates compelling visual designs and publication layouts that improve clarity, engagement, and usability. 6. Creates and implements tools to simplify procedures for Stores. 7. Creates and updates forms and lists. 8. Creates training and resource videos. 9. Participates in system programming application and testing and provides support as requested for special projects, including meetings and contests. 10. Provides field support to Regional Directors, District Managers, and Stores and delivers service in a timely manner. 11. Ensures company standards are being maintained. 12. Ensures timely execution of assigned tasks and responsibilities.
Qualifications Your experience brings:
13. Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint preferred. 14. Canva a plus. 15. Excellent written, grammatical, and verbal communication skills. 16. Proofreading ability. 17. Typing speed of 45-55 wpm. 18. Professional phone etiquette. 19. Strong organizational and formatting skills. 20. Strong attention to detail. 21. Self-motivated. 22. Excellent time management and prioritization, with the ability to meet assigned deadlines. 23. Highly motivated with a sense of urgency. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Clear, professional communication skills Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment Comfort using standard office equipment Initiative, reliability, and a collaborative mindset Professionalism with all levels of staff and management Education & Experience Minimum of one-year Management experience at a major apparel retailer High School Diploma or GED required Work Environment & Physical Demands Typical office environment with low level noise exposure. Compensation Salary:
