MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

No prior experience required. However, some experience (paid or unpaid) related to the area assigned is highly desirable. Two (2) years of college course work at an accredited college or university and current enrollment as a college student, OR graduation from a four (4) year accredited college or university with major course work in Public or Business Administration, or an area related to the Intern position to be assigned.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Eastvale's Communications Division prioritizes the on-going dissemination of innovative, transparent, and engaging public information. The division is responsible for providing the community with timely and accurate information regarding city events, news, and programs through the use of various media methods.

The process may include interviews and/or performance tests. A background investigation i ncluding, LIVESCAN fingerprinting and verification of previous employment. Upon receipt of a conditional offer of employment letter, applicant s are required to complete a drug and/or alcohol test at the time of their pre-employment physical.
