Job Summary:
We are supporting a company seeking a Communications Specialist - Entertainment Industry to help shape messaging, coordinate global stakeholders, and keep multiple industry relations workstreams moving forward. This position plays an important part in editorial production, partner communications, and cross-functional alignment across teams with a global footprint.
Responsibilities:
Support engagement strategy and execution across industry relations and partnership initiatives. Coordinate communication efforts with internal stakeholders and external production, post, and VFX partners. Help develop and roll out messaging, editorial assets, and co-promotional activities while maintaining brand consistency and alignment with title campaign strategies. Manage multiple concurrent workstreams with strong attention to detail, while collaborating with Comms, Legal, Policy, title teams, and regional points of contact.
Required:
Minimum 5 years of communications experience within the entertainment technology, production, post, or VFX industry. Proven ability to support strategy execution and manage partnership workstreams from concept through execution. Working knowledge of IP licensing as it relates to branding and content. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone for global, cross-cultural stakeholders. Experience coordinating multiple priorities with meticulous attention to detail.
