This entry-level position is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with people, communicating information clearly, and helping create organized and positive experiences for clients, guests, and team members. Responsibilities Communicate professionally with clients, guests, vendors, and internal team members Answer and direct incoming phone calls and general inquiries Provide accurate information regarding event schedules, locations, procedures, and services Assist guests and clients with questions and routine requests Support event registration, check-in, and guest communication activities Prepare and organize internal communications, schedules, and event-related materials
Requirements:
