Marketing & Communications Create engaging social media content across multiple platforms Promote classes, events, workshops, and company initiatives Write newsletters, Daily Digest emails, and internal communications Celebrate agent milestones, birthdays, anniversaries, cappers, first closings, and achievements Capture office photos and videos for marketing Maintain digital communication platforms Event & Training Coordination Coordinate weekly Team Meetings Prepare presentation slides Schedule guest speakers Coordinate lunch sponsors Prepare training rooms Assist instructors and leadership Maintain monthly training calendars Coordinate educational events Agent Experience Welcome new agents Greet visitors with exceptional hospitality Answer incoming calls Make care calls to agents Notify agents of packages and commission checks Create an office culture where agents love coming to work Office Operations Maintain an organized, professional Market Center Manage mail and front desk communications Keep office supplies stocked Ensure common areas remain clean and welcoming Prepare recruiting materials Support leadership with special projects
