Job Summary/Basic Functions The Communications Specialist plays a key role in supporting and executing the organization's strategic communications initiatives. This position is responsible for creating compelling content, managing social media channels, and contributing to internal and external communications efforts. The ideal candidate will bring 2-3 years of experience in marketing, public relations, or communications—preferably in the healthcare or higher education sectors—and demonstrate strong skills in content creation, visual design, and video editing. The position requires a professional demeanor and strong communication skills as the candidate will be working directly with senior and executive level leaders, elected officials, and community leaders
