Position Description You will serve as a
SUPERVISORY TELECOMMUNICATIONS SPECIALIST
in the
SYSTEMS INTEGRATION AND SUSTAINMENT BRANCH, SPECIAL COMMUNICATIONS MISSION SOLUTIONS
(SCMS)
DIVISION, RAPID CAPABILITY SOLUTIONS DEPARTMENT, RAPID CAPABILITY ENGINEERING GROUP
of
NAWCAD WEBSTER OUTLYING FIELD.
Position Duties/Responsibilities You will explore, develop, and assess emerging IT capabilities, applications, infrastructure, and technologies to determine their applicability for insertion into programs. You will continuously monitor evolving management issues, emerging technologies, changing operational requirements, and higher-level mandates to ensure capabilities are effectively integrated and responsive to broad customer needs. You will collaborate closely with Contracting Officers and Business and Financial Managers (BFMs) to establish responsive contract vehicles and resource management strategies across all life-cycle phases of special communication programs. You will manage manpower resources, develop hiring strategies, cross-training initiatives, and skills-mix optimization to enable maximum staffing flexibility and workload prioritization. You will manage provided funds, control tasking across team-wide locations, and ensure responsive, timely support to customer needs. Minimum Salary 121785 Maximum Salary 187093
