Job Description
Rate Range:
$45/Hour to $55/Hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.Communication Specialist Job Responsibilities include:
Lead the end-to-end development of Tek Talks and I-ERP Minute podcasts, including scripting, content planning, stakeholder coordination, and delivery logistics. Develop and execute internal communication strategies, newsletters, and engagement campaigns aligned with I-ERP and business objectives. Create, update, and maintain training materials and curriculum to support evolving business processes and improve end-user adoption. Partner with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams to design and deliver engaging instructor-led and virtual training sessions. Drive global end-user engagement initiatives, track communication and training effectiveness metrics, and recommend continuous improvements. Review, refine, and enhance communication and training content to ensure clarity, consistency, stakeholder relevance, and business impact.Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in communications, Marketing, Journalism, Business Administration, Learning & Development, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in communications, training development, internal communications, learning programs, or a related field. Demonstrated experience leading end-to-end podcast development, including scripting, content planning, stakeholder coordination, logistics management, and successful content delivery. Proven ability to develop targeted internal communications and strategically update training materials, with measurable impact on employee engagement, knowledge transfer, and business objectives.
