Communications & Training Specialist - I-ERP Position Overview The Communications & Training Specialist will support the I-ERP Communications & Training team in developing and executing communication, engagement, and training initiatives that drive awareness, adoption, and end-user readiness across the organization. This role requires a strong communicator with experience in content development, internal communications, training facilitation, and stakeholder engagement. This is an onsite position. Key Responsibilities Communications & Engagement Support the development and execution of I-ERP communication strategies and plans. Manage communication initiatives, including newsletters, podcasts, and other employee engagement channels. Develop internal communications for Purchasing, leadership teams, and cross-functional stakeholders. Create, review, edit, and refine communication content to ensure clarity, consistency, and effectiveness. Lead scripting, coordination, logistics, and delivery of the Tek Talks Podcast and I-ERP Minute Podcast. Support global end-user engagement initiatives and communication campaigns. Track communication effectiveness through metrics, reporting, and performance analysis. Contribute to corporate engagement strategies and support external/public-facing communication efforts when needed. Develop impactful, audience-focused content with strong storytelling elements. Training & Development Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to design, develop, and maintain I-ERP training curriculum and learning materials. Update and enhance training content to meet evolving business and user needs. Facilitate engaging instructor-led training sessions, workshops, and Microsoft Teams learning events. Deliver training to diverse audiences in both in-person and virtual environments. Assess training effectiveness and recommend improvements to increase learner engagement and comprehension. Required Skills Communications management and strategic planning Internal communications development Newsletter creation and content management Podcast scripting, coordination, and logistics management Training content development and curriculum design Training facilitation and delivery Microsoft PowerPoint Microsoft Excel Microsoft SharePoint Artificial Intelligence and Expert Systems Required Experience 3 to 5 years of experience in communications, training, employee engagement, organizational communications, learning & development, or a related field. Demonstrated experience developing and executing communication strategies and training programs. Experience creating internal communications for corporate, leadership, and cross-functional audiences. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Master's Degree Experience supporting enterprise-wide transformation, ERP, digital transformation, or change management initiatives. Experience developing employee engagement campaigns and multimedia communications.
